I don't know if its a woman squatting over the toilet, or an MTF trans-sexual person in the ladies room at work who keeps leaving the seat up, but ENOUGH. Either way, your Mama taught you better than that, and you should know better. If its an icky touch the seat thing, well you got it up there somehow, take some TP and get it back down.
I don't care who or what you are, but put the freaking seat back down afterward. PLEASE?!?
