This chakra kicked my ass. In all kinds a ways, this chakra kicked my ass. Still here, still smiling (sorta). Realized that Iv'e got a lot of work to do here, but that work is going to have to wait. That's the thing I learned with this spin-cycle. I can't fix everything at once. Hell, I can't fix everything PERIOD. I get that. Developed a new candle ritual/mantra/what-the-fuck-ever-you-feel-like-calling-it. I anoint a tea light with lavender and recite "To heal what can be healed, to soothe what cannot be healed, to contain what cannot be soothed".
That's it. Pretty simple, pretty straightforward. It works for me.
The knitting is going. I've kept on with the way I knit (at a bit of an angle to the world of knitting). Biggest reason is that I like the way I knit. I tried to knit "correctly". Meh.It was knitting, sorta. I simply feel closer to Gram & Ma when I knit this way. So. . . screw correct. I'm communing with my dead - leave me alone. :P
Going to get the green fluff this afternoon. Hoping to get 2 shades and do some interesting things with plying.
