Well, I did it.
I took the plunge.
The low-impact aerobics plunge.
And I think I hit concrete.
Nick & I have been doing yoga every day this week. Today I hopped my not so little pahootie into a free aerobics class that is held on Tuesdays & Thursdays here at work.
I did it. I lasted through a whole half hour. Got myself GOOD and dizzy, but kept going, only much slower.
And I'm going back.
Though right now, I'm thinking I don't have enough tylenol.
